Offers and Requests
In these difficult times it's good to see people helping each other out, even though we need to keep at least 2 meters apart!
We thought it would be a good idea to try and provide a virtual notice board for any offers and requests that you want to post. Some people have seedlings or plants they don't want, others might be unable to do work on the plot because of self isolation. Whatever it is, please use the "Contact Us" form from the top menu to make your offer or request and we will include it on the "Offers and Requests" page so that all plot holders can consider it, and maybe choose to get involved.
There are a few principals
1. We will not publish your contact details online (on the "Offers and Requests" page,) but will refer to your plot number.
2. If you wish to respond to an Offer or Request please let us know so we can alter the online list.
3. If your offer or request has been fulfilled please let us know so we can remove it from the list
4. Offers and requests are only for allotment items, this is not a more general swop shop.
5 Any activity should take place on the plots, we DO NOT encourage any form of home visits, and likewise all activity should be in accordance with social distancing rules. Stay 2 meters apart, use gloves, wash your hands.
So a couple of fictitious examples of how we hope this will work :
Offer - Plot 46N has 8 Pink Fir Apple seed potatoes spare.
Requests - Plot 46N is self isolating. If you could do a bit of watering it would be appreciated
Please try to be as specific as possible and include in your contact form your preferred method of contact such as "ring me on " or text me on " or "email me on"
